Family Room Volunteers
Our volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds, i.e. teachers, students, nurses and parents. They are compassionate and understanding and are providing the “spirit of a home” within the hospital.
As a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald Family Room, your duties would include orientation and registration of families, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere, keeping statistical information and answering telephone and personal enquiries. There will also be light housekeeping duties included in the day to day operations.
